I wonder just how many blogs and other posts have used that as a title since that commercial came out? Well, all I can say is… I’m as happy as a camel on hump day!
Why? Because I live in New Mexico. Because every day is a beautiful day. Actually, every day is a beautiful day no matter where one is, because a day is as beautiful as we choose to let it be. Specifically today, I love this:
I got that this morning while out on our dog walk. We walk one and a half miles (give or take two tenths of a mile depending on route… and mood.) Then, after coming home and putting the coffee to brew, I set out again to ride my bike for 2.6 miles. Today is the 2nd time I’ve done this, yesterday was the first. I rode the exact same route, but yesterday was easy, today, I wasn’t sure I’d be able to finish! Guess my legs are going to take a while to get used to this! It’ll be fun to do.
On a slightly less happy note, a job I had been hoping for fell through. Back to the drawing board!
