Hi! We’re Scott & Eric from Las Cruces, NM.
Scott is currently pursuing his third career, having chosen after nearly 30 years doing drudge work in the military and universities to do what he really likes most. He plays in the dirt. Scott’s an Archaeologist with the US Forest Service in the Lincoln National Forest, headquartered in Alamogordo, a mere 80 miles from our home. He is the District Archaeologist for the Smokey-Bear and Guadalupe Ranger Districts.
Eric works in IT Administration with a Contractor firm doing environmental remediation work for NASA in the Las Cruces area at White Sands Test Facility.
Together we have been RV’ing since we bought our first travel trailer in 2007. We recently traded that in and purchased a Class A Thor Motor Coach Windsport. We will be doing more and more travelling in the months and years ahead.
If you are interested in meeting up with us on the road, reach out to us via our Contact page!
You can find all that on our “About” page.
This is a new endeavor. But it contains the blogging work of 13 years, from 2004 into 2017. My old website is going to be gone soon. I didn’t want to lose it all, so I’ve moved it here. So, you’ll see a gap from when I stopped in 2017, largely due to health, to now, 2021. I’m thinking, maybe, I’ll start again.
